Roofline length, building height, roof complexity, the lighting materials selected, access, installation requirements, whether we supply the lights or install your own, removal of existing lights, your location, additional features such as trees or entrances, and any takedown or service requirements.

Permanent and commercial projects are custom quoted. Every building is different, so we price them based on the actual scope rather than a one-size-fits-all package.
